This ring was beyond anything I expected. It was set perfectly to accentuate the diamond and the small inclusions are not visible in the way the stone is set. I am a social worker so my salary is limited. I was able to get my Fiance a 1/2 carat that was beautiful and would have never been able to afford this quality!

I was very skeptical to order jewelery online. This is the first time doing so. The order took a bit longer to ship than I expected, however when I got it the quality of the ring was superb. I could not believe that you could get a ring like that at such a great value. I will order again from Super Jeweler.

Very comfortable, well made, attractive, classy, and not flashy - perfect for a guy. The ring is actually quite a bit darker than the picture. It's closer to gun metal color. It highly polished and reflective.

Well first off, she loves it. I didn't buy it as a "promise" ring though. I just searched rings in my price range, I thought it looked nice, and so did she. It is a nice quality ring that keeps its luster for sure. My only complaint is that it had arrived a day after the expected date. It had arrived the day after the 5th day of the 3-5 business days and i even gave them two days due to the holiday. But, really no problem at all, all that really matters is that I received it and it was in good condition. But mostly it pleased her.

First of all, I had never ordered fine jewelry from an internet merchant. I had some hesitation, but after some comparison shopping, decided it was time move ahead. A friend led me to believe this would be sized appropriately for my wife, but it was too long - so I returned it in exchange for the std. length, 5ct. tw. bracelet. My wife has worn that bracelet nearly every day since receiving it, and loves it! The diamonds in the 5ct. bracelet are a nicer size, too... more diamond showing, less metal!

This ring is gorgeous. We absolutely love it. The eternity ring (diamonds on the ring itself) sparkles from all directions and the center stone is very nice too. Using the ring size finder, it was a perfect fit!

Since I ordered this 12/31 and I have yet to recieve this ring,I don't have much to say about its quality. I will comment that it was highly disappointing that after I finally had to get ahold of you last week,you said it had been shipped. For two more days tracking could not give me any info. because the item HAD NOT BEEN RECIEVED. The item was to be a birthday present that has now passed, so whatever the final date is that I do recieve it,it will be sent back and I want my credit card refunded. In the future I would recogmend to you that if you can't come through with goods don't leave people hanging. Almost four weeks has went by,and this item could have been shipped pony express,and made it on time.

The only thing I was not entirely happy with was the chain that this pendant came with. It was a little longer than I wanted and highly delicate. The clasp was very hard for me to handle. I ended up changing the chain and now it is perfect! The pendant itself is worth the money, minus the chain.

I got this 4star, 0.38carat diamond pendant on the year ending sale and I think it is great value for the money paid. I would like to mention of a previous purchase (a 1star 1carat diamond pendant) which I had to return because the quality of the product was not satisfactory; no doubt it was on the clearance list. However the glitter of this smaller but better quality diamond definitely deserves all cheers and applause; have checked out other places, no where can you get this quality for the low price.

This 1 carat diamond heart pendant is very nice. The diamonds really sparkle and they are a substantial size. The included necklace is also very attractive. The links are a unique shape and they also create a sparkle effect. This was an excellent deal at $599.

Bought the 1/2 carat earrings in white gold, they are very nice.
Becasue it was the Christmas season, shipping was crazy but SuperJeweler offered to return my 35 dollar shipping fee for Canada because my parcel did not arrive when it was supposed to. Very nice of them.
I would not hesitate to order from them again.
Pre-ordering, I made a few phone calls to the customer service line with such friendly and helpful responses from the woman who answered.

I have had many Earrings over my lifetime I am 62 now and these are the best by far. I like the fact that they screw in the back. My son bought this for his girlfriend. Overall it was pretty good for the price. It is extremely light weight and the chain is very delicate. It is pretty but I thought it would be more solid. The back of the heart is hollow and it would have looked better if it had been presented in a gift box instead of a plastic bag and velvet sack. The good part is that she liked it and was happy with it so it is a happy ending.

I bought this ring in dec. 09 to be my wedding band. I received it and the diamonds were sparkly except for one which was pretty dark. After contacting seller, I sent it back and they replaced the ring. The replacement was great. For the money, you cant beat it. Just don't expect to have top quality perfect diamonds. But for everyday wear (I work with my hands a lot), it's a great ring. Looks much more expensive.

I was drawn to this necklace for my mom right away...but concerned that the quality or "feel" of it wouldn't be great (because I couldn't see it first hand). I ended up buying it and sending it to her. She loves it!! She said that it's very delicate, but sturdy (the leaf) and has gotten a ton of compliments on it so far. The fit on the neck is higher, it does not hang too far below the width of your neck. Great great great overall!!

The product is exactly as described: a leaf overlayed in gold. It isn't fragile and it looks very pretty. For the price, its actually rather large and will not go unnoticed to those around it. Other than tangling up the multi-chain necklace and having to spend a few minutes undoing it (which was completely my fault), this was a great purchase.

I just received the two bracelets that I ordered, one for a gift and the other for myself. I am very pleased with these bracelets for the money that I spent. The diamonds sparkle and the gold is a nice weight. The bracelet lock is secure and tight. I have several diamond and gold bracelets and this will be a nice addition to go along with the others. My sister will receive the other bracelet for a gift and I feel 100% sure that she will be thrilled with her new bracelet. Sapphires are my birthstone and since I wanted a traditional engagement ring (not diamonds), this fit the bill. Very pretty, and the price was right (being on sale made it better too!). I didn't want something ostentatious--the small diamonds on the side are sparkly and I love the size of the sapphire. Highly recommend this ring.
