Superjeweler.com ships five days per week, Monday -
Friday. Orders received after 2pm on Friday will be processed on the
following Monday. Orders that do not require production time are
typically shipped within 48 hours of confirmation of payment and many
the same day of order. If you need for your order to be shipped

Production Time
Much of our fine jewelry is made-to-order and may
require several days of production time. Please note that the estimated
ship date is listed on the item detail page. Please consider production
time when you are purchasing gifts that are time sensitive.

Packaging
Rest assured that all orders are sent without pricing
included on the packing slip. We do not provide gift wrapping, but all
of our items do come ready for gift presentation in a quality jewelry
gift box provided at no additional charge. Single items up to $199.99
come packaged in our signature blue padded jewelry gift boxes. Items
$200 and over come packaged in a luxury keepsake jewelry gift box. For

Because diamond rings and other jewelry are often given
for engagement or another special occasion, we will be extremely
flexible to help you create a wonderful surprise. We can expedite your
delivery for a fast-approaching special occasion, or we can ship your
order to an address other than your home to help you maintain your
surprise.
