I have yet to recieve my Men's Rings but by the looks it is amazing. Also as for the customer service it is great and the protection of your card is great I always have had a problem with that on the internet people getting my account and spending my money but NOT HERE.... I am just hoping that I got the right size for him it is a suprise and the mother or ex wife dont remember the ring size I hope that it can be resized.... I highly recommend this company still though.

I went online looking for a replacement engagement ring. But all the other sites were to expensive. I was looking for the exact ring my fiance had purchase, but I couldn't find it.Then I went on SuperJeweler, and there it was. Perfect! In every way possible. The ring I had lost at half the cost.Well I have not received my product so, I can only give 1 star for workmanship. Once I do receive it I will be sure to inform you. My husband lost his wedding band that was very similar to the one I purchased. I had searched the web trying to find one and to my surprise one evening your website popped right up with the ring on the top. He was quite surprised that I was able to find one similar and to receive this one on our anniversary. The quality tends to be much better than the first one he had. Thank you for your free next day delivery due to the snowy weather to enable me to surprise him on our anniversary (which happens to be Valentine's Day. It was greatly appreciated. Thank you again.

Honestly when I got the ring I thought it was beautiful but I was suspicious and skeptical. My man gave me the money to buy the ring for our engagement and he said that I had better not got had and bought glass with his money because he did not trust the internet. We wanted it appraised. We took it to two appraisers and were told that it was a high quality diamond and perfectly set. He gave me a hug and said he was proud that I made such a good choice and that I could every now and again buy jewerly that I wanted as long as I dont go all out the way I do with shoes. My mother cried when she saw the ring! Thanks Super Jeweler your the best.

This is ring is beautiful. The diamonds are stunning. I wasn't expecting much since the price was so cheap but it is a great value for the money. My only problem with the ring is that i needed a larger size so the band is really thin on the bottom. The pictures for this ring is very miss leading it makes it look like the diamonds are bigger then what they are and band is thick which is not. I do recommend the ring because it is a great value and the diamonds do really do sparkle.

Very Nice But A Bit Small

I received my ring yesterday. It is very beautiful and shines like crazy in the light. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was how small it truly is. I understand that it is hard to show the true size of a ring on a computer screen but it was definitely much smaller than I had hoped for. Besides the size, I could not have asked for a more beautiful ring though. We also bought a matching 1/2 carat antique-style wedding band to go with it from Super Jeweler and the set looks beautiful together. It is definitely worth the price for sure.

This has been my second order with Super Jeweler and their customer service reps have always been friendly and helpful in completing my orders. I received my order two days after placing it and being shipped to Canada, I was suprised I didn't have to pay the usual extra shipping/duty fees like I do with other orders from the US. The topaz earrings I ordered were exactly what was displayed on their website. The earrings were very nice and high quality. They were a gift for the girlfriend and she loved them. I would recommend Super Jeweler to anyone looking to purchase jewellery online over other online retailers anyday. I will definitely order from SuperJeweler again!

She LOVED it!

Well first off, she loves it. I didn't buy it as a "promise" ring though. I just searched rings in my price range, I thought it looked nice, and so did she. It is a nice quality ring that keeps its luster for sure. My only complaint is that it had arrived a day after the expected date. It had arrived the day after the 5th day of the 3-5 business days and i even gave them two days due to the holiday. But, really no problem at all, all that really matters is that I received it and it was in good condition. But mostly it pleased her.

Since I ordered this 12/31 and I have yet to recieve this ring,I don't have much to say about its quality. I will comment that it was highly disappointing that after I finally had to get ahold of you last week,you said it had been shipped. For two more days tracking could not give me any info. because the item HAD NOT BEEN RECIEVED. The item was to be a birthday present that has now passed, so whatever the final date is that I do recieve it,it will be sent back and I want my credit card refunded. In the future I would recogmend to you that if you can't come through with goods don't leave people hanging. Almost four weeks has went by,and this item could have been shipped pony express,and made it on time.

great value for the money

I got this 4star, 0.38carat diamond pendant on the year ending sale and I think it is great value for the money paid. I would like to mention of a previous purchase (a 1star 1carat diamond pendant) which I had to return because the quality of the product was not satisfactory; no doubt it was on the clearance list. However the glitter of this smaller but better quality diamond definitely deserves all cheers and applause; have checked out other places, no where can you get this quality for the low price.

Bought the 1/2 carat earrings in white gold, they are very nice. Becasue it was the Christmas season, shipping was crazy but SuperJeweler offered to return my 35 dollar shipping fee for Canada because my parcel did not arrive when it was supposed to. Very nice of them. I would not hesitate to order from them again. Pre-ordering, I made a few phone calls to the customer service line with such friendly and helpful responses from the woman who answered. Very good-well above average, customer service.
