I love my cross diamond necklace. I was upset after ordering it Dec.the 20th and not receiving it until Jan.the 9th. I never got any email it has been delayed. And many,many calls and left messages with no return,I used the chat on their page. I quickly got a response,they were very apologetic. I think the man's name was Trey.
