Much smaller than I anticipated but is very beautiful, Unfortunately too small for my needs. However, the company was wonderful to deal with in accepting the return. Would definitely purchase from them again. Other items I received with order were beautiful. Highly recommend the company.

Absolutely Love the ring. Now the emerald isn't a bright green like in the picture but clear genuine emeralds are very very expensive. I've priced them, but the ring is awesome. The ring is beautiful, diamond is sparkly and very elegant. I was quite nervous to place an order online for a ring which is about 500.00 pounds but SuperJeweler went the extra mile. I had to use their chat box 3 times while I was waiting for the ring. We placed the order just after Christmas so we were told the ring will be shipped on the 4th of January. I did not realise that the ring was made to order so they could not send it out in time. When I asked them they assured me it will be shipped next day, Which they did. I could not track the delivery online but a very helpful SuperJeweler employee sent the link to me straight away. The third time when I needed to communicate with them was when I received an email from customs asking me to pay for the duty and tax. I was speaking with Chanell who apologised for the mistake because SuperJeweler should have paid for this. She forwarded my reinbursement claim to her manager who reviewed my claim and offered me a £82.00 refund. If you google SuperJeweler reviews please do not let yourself be fooled by others who bought jewelery for $20.00 dollars and expected fine diamond jewelery, leaving bad comments about SuperJeweler on the web. They are a highly recommended, customer focused company. Also they sell products with very good value for money. We definitely will buy our wedding rings from them.
