Ordered on an early Tuesday morning and received my order on the following Monday. Had to clean the piece with jewelry cleaner because the diamonds didn't sparkle like they should of. Other than that I was pleased with the whole buying experience.

I’ve purchased several items from this site. Never had any issues. Recently I purchased a pair of earrings. First time I wore them I lost one. The backing must’ve been loose. That being said I contacted customer service and explained what had happened. I asked if I could just buy one stud you okay replace the one I lost. I was so surprised to find they mailed me another new pair! No charge! I will definitely buy more items and refer them to family and friends. So pleased!
