I ordered frogs and got penguins! After contacting SuperJeweler, they apologized and said they would send me an email with tracking info on the replacement shipment. I am still waiting, but feel confident this will be corrected.

The ring was wonderful, the stones are beautiful, and my girlfriend said it's the most amazing ring she's ever worn. The ruby fell out, but she got it replaced with a lab created stone. So, if you buy one, just remember, diamonds are foreve, the metal holdnign them in place may not be.

The pictures do not do this lovely necklace any justice. I could not make the necklace myself for what I paid for it. The pictures seem (to me) to make the hearts on this necklace a very light green in color but are actually white. Shipping was fast. This is a great merchant with high quality products to offer.

The woman I bought it for is a business woman, and as such, she tries to keep everything appropriate and discreet. I got this ring with the help of a friend. It's not big or flashy or expensive, which is what I need when only making the first commitment (as opposed to an engagement proposal). It's appropriate for work in that it's not a distracting piece. It's smaller than I thought it would be, but I know very little about jewelry. Overall, it is a very beautiful ring. It came in a nice sky blue box with a white bow on top. She was ecstatic about receiving it, and she thinks it's lovely - she would tell me if she didn't like it. I'm happy with my purchase.

I bought these rings for our wedding and i wanted to have something symbolize how strong our relationship was so i figured titanium rings would be cool, the luster and shine was great for about 1 month then kind of dulled out, i still wear it to this day because i cant afford better ones but it does the job they do scratch but nothing can break them...

if you are used to wearing earrings with large posts. If your earrings are usually small, steer clear. I made my lobes bleed trying to get these in. Consider yourself warned. Other than my specific problem with the earrings, I would recommend them, as they appear to be well constructed and were nicely placed in a small fabric pouch inside a plastic bag.

These earrings are pretty! They are fairly flat, I wouldn't expect the world when you're paying this price for pearl earrings, but they are pretty. My husband noticed them right away and he really liked them. I'm curious to see how long the Swarovski crystal stays on the pearl, it seems to be glued on a little more than embedded. It's very pretty, but I will have to be careful with them so it doesn't fall off.

If you know anything at all about Tanzanite, then you should know going in to this purchase that you'll be getting a much paler version of the bluish/purple and sometimes red hues in the stones. And even though this particular info of the item: 1/2 ct Tanz earrings, did not say 1/2 ctw or similar, again you should know by the price that they'll be very small at 1/4 ct. each stone, not total carat weight. It's a very nice color and the price is very much comparable for sterling silver and a pale Tanzanite gemstone. The only thing I would change is since this is a natural gemstone, I would have liked to see it in a little heavier sterling silver casting. Nice, small earrings. Would even be nice as second earring.....Thank you !!

This is a ring to behold. She is beautiful to wear and show off to all who look at her in all her splendor. She is one of God stones with a rough cut and is nicely placed in a diamond cut sterling setting which shows her off with a sparkle. Red is a color which wears nicely formally or casual. This ring I have waited for for a long time. She is a beauty and I love her. Excellent and viewed and asked about by many who have seen me wear her.

I ordered these earring and received the package much quicker than I would have ever expected. But, the earrings were not in it. I called customer service and the representative assured me that they would be shipped immediately.I received them just a couple of days later. I love the earrings. The back of the pendant I received was not shown in the original ad sent to me, so I assumed both sides looked the same. There is a convex side, which I assumed was the front, and a concave side (the back, right?) The first thing I noticed on the front of the pendant were three little brown "scratches," which I assumed were flaws in the nacre. But when I flipped it over to the concave side, there were pearl-like "lumps" in alighment with the "scratches," as if the process of their attachment to the back had left marks on the front. They do not appear to have occured naturally. They are more of a tear-drop shape. It is so pretty and unusual, I think you should make a point of showing both sides in the future. In fact, I plan to wear the pendant with the back side showing all the time.

I can''''t say enough about your customer service department. I bought two of these bracelets and unfortunately they were both defective. I returned one of them for repair. Also, I gave one as a gift which was also defective! I was extremely disappointed but your customer service department replaced both items at no additional cost!! I think that is an EXCELLENT company that stands behind it's product and is DEFINITELY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED! You definitely do not find that in any VENDOR!! Not only do you have to pay for S&H both ways but there is ALWAYS a fee for a repair! I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND your products and your company to EVERYONE.
No one goes above and beyond to the extent that your company does and I think in todays economy that is a GREAT ATTRIBUTE!

I think it is very pretty. I had several positive comments when I wore it to work. I actually like the other side better. It has the inner pearly look of the shell and some gold leaf designs as well as a pearl-like growth that makes it very interesting and unusual.

If you are looking for a promise ring, especially for a teenage couple, this will work great. My brother ordered this for his girlfriend and the picture looks pretty but the ring is gorgeous and any girl would love this ring. It is not big or really flashy but for a promise ring I think it is perfect. :) It also comes in a box and everything, ready to give her. :)

These are perfect little huggies to go with jeans or a dress. They're wide but small circles and the stainless steel is edgy. The backings it came with are TOO BIG, if you use them you'll lose them. I simply replaced the backing with rubber backs.

This necklace set was surprisingly pretty and not cheap-looking at all. Of course, it's not appropriate for super fancy parties but it's great for more casual affairs. I bought this for my wedding which was to be held outdoors so I didn't want anything too dressy and clunky. The fit was great. It wasn't too tight that it would choke me and not too loose also. I like the magnetized clasp... so much easier to put necklace on and off. The bracelet was a nice bonus. I have pearl stud earrings that match so my set is complete!

I bought this silver penadant in May for my best friend's daughter on her 11 yr old birthday. I love it the moment I saw it on the net. The heart pendant looks simple yet so elegant with silver & the emerald which is the girl's birthstone. After I bought it, I was wondering if maybe this is too early for a kid, maybe it should be for teenager, and the 11 yr old may not like it...Boy, I am SO glad that she really loves it, as she has been wearing it since her birthday!!! I don't do a lot of ordering online, but if I could be assured that the quality of the product and the timeliness of the delivery were equal to this order, it is would be the only way I would buy. Love the look of these and the price is great but the backs are very loose on the posts and within a day I lost one. I wonder if the posts are more narrow than usual since the rubber backs I replaced them with were also loose. Hope I don't loose them!!

Worked out perfect, the Huggies were grabbed up by my boyfriend and the larger loops were perfect for myself! They look great with casual clothes like blue jeans and a tee-shirt. The ring was as it was described, and came quickly & in perfect condition. The settings for the diamonds were a little large for the size of the diamond cut, and seem to hide the diamonds, rather than accentuate them. But the quality of the rings is excellent, and the color of the diamonds was great. I just expected the diamonds to be a bit more prominent than they were.

I can't complain. I bought this as a cheap alternative to a gold/platinum ring because I really could care less about what my ring is worth. It fits well (7.5), is comfortable, and isn't as shiny as some other metals, which I personally like. It was tough for me to find a 5mm cobalt/tungsten/titanium ring locally, so this was perfect. It shipped quickly and accurately.
