I previously wrote a negative review for this 1 ct. tennis bracelet from Super Jewelers without contacting them first. The bracelet broke and I didn't give them a chance to fix it. They went to the trouble of contacting me and making good on the product. This is a very responsible company that cares about both the customer and their reputation. Companies like this are few and far between. I give them the highest rating and would encourage anyone looking for jewelry to try them first.

Product came very quickly. They are beautiful in my honest opinion. They are a Christmas gift for my wife so not sure how much she will like them. They are smaller than I expected, but from what I understand black diamonds are heavier than regular. Can't wait for Christmas morning to see the wife's face, love them or hate them.

This is a gorgeous piece. The actual pendant size is a lot larger than I expected, and very pretty. I won't comment on the cord, as I haven't had a chance to use this yet. But obviously, you are not paying for a piece of cord, so I don't think that should be rated. I will put the pendant on an actual chain.

I love the look of Murano glass and this is no exception. It has a rich rust color with interesting variations that will show off warm colored outfits. I am very pleased with this piece. Simple but classy.

The ring was the size I wanted, and it didn't look cheap like some of the other rings I've seen for similar prices. It was exactly what I expected. I haven't gotten it appraised yet to see if it was really as great a deal as they say, but it does look great next to my engagement ring.

I'm a big fan of stainless steel jewelry and always looking for something new. These earrings are very cute and different. The size is perfect...big but not too big. And because they are steel they are lightweight but do not look or feel flimsy. The squiggly design sets them apart from regular hoops. Recommend.

This is a nice comfort-fit ring I am going to use for my wedding band. It does not look like white gold and it does not look like silver. It looks like titanium which is a darker metal than either of the above. It is also a lighter metal. Titanium doesn't tarnish. If you are looking for something different you should check it out.

Thus far this season, I have purchased over 20 items from SuperJeweler. Each one has been good to outstanding in terms of quality and price.
Having said that, this particular item, the Pearl Solitaire pendant on a felt chain is probably the best all-around item among a large group of popular pieces. I oredered a couple of these, as I had a hunch that herself would be wanting one as well as the niece I had intended it for. In the three days since its arrival, the Boss has only taken it off to sleep! Let's face it, guys buy jewelry so as to receive a positive reaction from your partner, right? Judging by my wife's reaction, all I can say about this item is , "BINGO!!!"

I love this earing set! My friends like it too. It arrive sooner too but I still have another order that didn't arrive yet and I ordered it at the same day though at different transaction I think they send it via UPS to USPS and it's gonna take a while before I get it. This is a lovely piece. The heart is quite large and heavy enough to not turn while wearing.
You must get use to the clasp; it is not intuitive. That is my only criticism.

I was concerned that if it was so much cheaper than what I can get at the local jewellery store it would be of a lesser quality. But that was not the case. The ring fits perfectly and looks just as nice as the one I looked at that cost three times as much at the mall. Delivery was quick.

This ring is so worth the price. It's just as pictured when you get it. I have a 1 ct. princess cut solitaire engagement ring and this wedding band went perfectly with it. It's just enough sparkle to compliment a simple engagement ring. I love this ring, the diamonds are a good size & very beautiful. It's good quality gold.. very steardy.

When I bought it I thought it was going to be smaller than it really is. I was planning to wear it for especial occasions but in reality it is perfect for casual outfits, like when you dress for regular parties. Despite it does not fulfill the original purpose, I still think it looks great on my neck!

i have lost my ring several times. It start to become expensive to replace. I bought a titanium ring to replace my original titanium ring. I could not tell the difference in quality. This newer and cheaper one even looked better on my hand. I don't have to worry about losing a ring again. I can always buy 10 of them for the price of 1.

What a great value and a beautiful bracelet. I was having trouble getting the look I wanted with my budget. A problem of Champagne taste/Chardonnay Budget. But I got everything I was looking for from Super Jewelers.
I took the bracelet for an appraisal to a local jewelry store and they came up with almost the same value as the appraisal from Super Jewelers.

I just received my earrings and I am so pleased.I was worried about ordering from a company I had never heard of before.However,the size of the rubies and the quality of the diamonds seemed believable.Also,the retail price sounded accurate.I was a little nervous about the low price that I was to pay.It seemed too good to be true.I was very worried that the diamonds would not sparkle.I was pleasantly surprised on all counts.The diamonds sparkle,the rubies are a deep pinky red.The presentation is excellent.I love the outer blue box with the white ribbon,and the inner box that holds the earrings is so cute.This was a wonderful buying experience and I will definitely make other purchases in the future.

I am always a little leery of buying jewelry online but I gave them a shot because of the price. It was a very good gamble. These earrings really are nicely made, delicate and very lightweight. My hair comes just to my shoulders and these nestled in just right, not too long, etc. I would definitely suggest them. Would also make a great gift.

I really liked the ring for my husband, but it was too small, and size 13 was as large as it came. Unfortunately, he needs a size 15, which is a very difficult size to find. Super Jewelers credited my account with no problems at all. Nice people to deal with.

Love this piece! Very hefty and sparkly. As one previous reviewer claimed, it feels and looks like a more expensive piece. Downrated the workmanship due to a few glue tails and spots on the stones. The glue is clear jeweler's glue so not visible on quick glance and most of them I was able to pick off.
Definitely adds some zing to denim or other casual wear. Quite a value and asset to my jewelry collection.

Purchased this item for a friend who collects Murano glass pieces, attends jewelry shows and constructs her own jewlery pieces. She was absolutely thrilled with this item and truly impressed. Being a very "picky" person myself and familiar with jewelry constuction, I was impressed with the quality of the piece and the value of the pricing. The only comment I would make would be that the descriptions should be more detailed as to content/material of the accent materials so that there is no confusion as to whether they are glass, plastic or truly crystal, etc. Reading a comment that something is "plastic" could be a potential turn-off to purchasers.
