The original chain did break within the first week but it was a dainty chain and I don't think it was designed for continuous wear. The cross is so beautiful.

This is a beautiful item. The design is attractive and the color allows wearing with many different outfits. It does have diamond chips that are very small but with the design there is enough there to catch the light and make it appear that there are more than there actually are.
