2nd. time have not sent item

I ordered 2 pairs of earrings.... charge for 2 only sent 1. call customer service, got recording that said, "leave name, number and brief message and they will call me back." I did, they didn't. The first time I purchased $150.00 in merchandise was to receive free jewelry cleaner. 2nd set of earrings was on receipt, was not sent, the same applied to the cleaner. (Paid for, noted sent, but was not sent. The earrings are very nice that were sent. To bad Super Jeweler workers make mistakes buy showing items sent that are not.
