Well i really love this ring but i was standing in my kitchen and i heard a clink like noise and i looked down and saw that the ruby was on the floor i actually shed a tear then i went on line and went to your site chatted with a nice rep.told her what happened and asked to be sent a return label to get the ring repaired their were three prongs on but one was gone/the rep.told me to just throw the ring out because it is out of stock/so she told me to pick another ring/i did but i am so bummed the only ring that i could replace it with i didn't like or need it(bridal set)but my granddaughter has a very ugly cheap costume ring/so i bought it for her=but i know i will have bad dreams about not having that great ruby ring/i know you won't show this review but i am an honest person and can't lie=thing is, i still love your site.

I love a Briolette cut stone, and this was very well done. The color is great.
If I had a choice, I would not have picked a diamond accent. The diamond is very cheap and has no redeeming qualities. My solution? Wear it with the diamond facing my skin. Overall, a great buy for a lovely necklace.

Overall I was very impressed with the item received and would recommend this to anyone looking for a true statement piece. That being said, I will say that the prongs used the stone in place were a bit bulky and more pronounced on the actual item than I would of liked. The stone itself was really nice and my my wife absolutely loved the pendant, and hasn't taken it off since she received it.
