Had a bad experience - but great customer service made it right !

My first mystery box arrived with broken items and missing stones and I was so disappointed. I emailed for a return label and received an email response back letting me know that new items were being shipped out to me right away. I received a hand written thank you card and some really pretty new mystery box items. I was so thrilled that Marissa took the time to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.even going so far as to hand write me a card. I have renewed faith in SuperJeweler and will not hesitate to order again. Thank you !! I will now be able to share these treasures with my coworkers !
