I was impressed with the picture of it online, unfortunately however when I took receipt of the product that I purchased the clasp on the item was very flawed it was to be a gift The anniversary of my significant other I was extremely disappointed it was dysfunctional I am now going to have to take it to a jeweler and hopefully it can be repairable but in addition to that I have to spend more money as I said to get a new clasp put on, it did not stay together Or work properly unfortunately I was extremely disappointed Imsorry that I had to write this review I am a small business owner I have revised my review, the aforementioned experience I encountered with this bracelet has been completely turned around due to the very impressive customer service from Andrew (the owner) he promptly sent me a new one that functioned properly, mistakes are made this is a constant in life, how you correct them is remembered long after! I will continue to patronize this company due to their 5 star customer service!!
