This necklace is BEAUTIFUL. The chain is delicate but will hopefully hold up to regular wear. My only complaint is that the clasp is small, so those with too long or too short nails will have difficulty with it.

Lousy service I bought jewelry worth of approximately $4500 dollars from Dec 2018 tomato of 2019Your Director Jason who told me he did not need my business.He told me if you did not receive the ordered jewelry at Chistmas time his answer was to deal with the shipping company not us.I did not contracted with the delivery company.I paid 19.99 dollars for guaranteed delivery.The problem arose when I was not able to have any present for my wife of 42years.He was rude and I asked him can I speak your supervisor he said I do not have any boss I am it.First rule of any business is to be professional and then a good listener.If.i May suggest He should read a book written by Carl Albright called Service America.Well the most important thing you should do to revamps your calling center .Insist on providing timely response to customer calls concerns.You have excellent product product and price.Provide a great service you will increase your business volume.please take this as a suggestion.Thanks for the opportunity to share my thoughts.
