I initially made a stupid mistake when I placed the original order and had to return the earrings for an exchange. The exchange took a few days (they even have to quarantine incoming mail), but I was kept up to date and I ultimately received the pair of earrings that I had meant to order in the first place. The merchandise good, good deals, however the customer service is very poor. USPS tried to deliver for three days, no one to receive it.
Finally there was someone to receive it and you have had my return since the 3rd of February and six days have passed and I don't see a credit yet. I called and no one has called back, I cannot believe the kind of business you are running there. Very frustrating.
