I love the look of this necklace, it is a more modern look for pearls and the pearls themselves are nice - they are freshwater, so, they are not smooth. The only thing that kept this from being a 5 star review is that the lobster clasp in person is not so attractive. It isn't super noticeable but enough for me to wish that there had been a prettier, less clasp-looking clasp.--Tee Ree.

This necklace was a birthday gift for a family member. It is pretty and very delicate so it was perfect for the recipient's taste. If I were purchasing it for myself I would have wanted the pearls to be a bit larger. The chain is fine but does not have the sparkle of a higher quality chain. But for the price I consider it to be a great deal. Packaging was minimal so be prepared with a jewelry box if you are gifting this necklace. Otherwise, a good buy and a nice product.--Judith E. I didn't know what "tin cup" style was...I guess it means you see the plain old lobster claw clasp in the front! Also, the chain is molded, not a real ball chain, and it has some type of coating on it. I know this because it was clumped up in places, leaving rough edges on the chain. I bought this as a gift but can't use it at all.--TLC.

From a far this peice looks solid, but when looking at it upclose, seems very cheap. I am not too happy with this purchase because I cannot give this to my gf as a single item piece. I need to find something much more expensive to go along with it.--Annonymous91.

I just receive this necklace. While I am only givng it to my daughter to play with it does look cheap. If it was for any other reason I would never keep it.
All in all for 10 bucks I really can't complain. I is ok for that price.--Yankey.

This necklace is pretty but too short to make a nice drop in the front. The chain has an interesting sparkly effect -- not like regular silver.
My chief annoyance is that the package arrive with postage due and I had to go to the post office to ransom it. Very unprofessional shipping.--AnninFishers.

I have now purchased this twice and both times it ended up breaking on us. Very disappointed because it is actually a beautiful piece and looks great on my wife. I would have loved to rate this higher but it just isn’t made very well. --RWG.

This is NOT a one-hundred-dollar piece of jewelry. It looks exactly like what I paid for it - $12.99. I bought it because other reviewers said it looked like a high-end piece and came in an attractive gift package. Wrong! It looks cheap and so does the packaging. I'm embarrassed to give it as a gift.--Gail.

I ordered this as a Valentine's Day gift for my daughter. I ordered on 2/3/13 & did not receive it until 2/20/13. Calls to customer service & the post office were not at all helpful.
The late delivery was a blessing in disguise since this necklace is not nice enough to give as a gift. It is not nearly as nice as shown in the picture & I really don't like that the plain lobster-claw fastener shows so prominently in the front while being worn as shown. I didn't expect a lot for 13.99 but I''m vey disappointed with this purchase. I will wear it myself with jeans, but when I wore it yesterday, in the style shown, several people told me that my necklace had "turned around." It is driving me crazy that extra apostrophes keep popping up in this review, but I have edited 4 times & will now submit anyway.--Irlfan.

I've been looking at this item for awhile online and it finally came up on sale, so I purchased. Not very happy. Pearls are unevenly placed on the chain, all different shapes, chain looks cheap, clasp looks cheap. Disappointed, will probably stop purchasing items from SuperJeweler, the last few have really disappointed me.--onion1.

The little necklaces were very pretty, but much too short. One of them wouldn't fit around my neck, so I hooked two together and the result was very pretty.
Most disturbing is that I ordered three, but received only two. I couldn't have used the third one anyway, so I did n nothing about it. But I will NOT buy anything from this web site again.--Fran.

The pearls were dull and had no luster. The necklce looks cheap.
I bought it to give it as a casual gift, but having received, I would be embarrassed to do so.
Even as a sale discount item, I consider this a poor value.--acb.

The necklace is very pretty but the pearls slide back and forth and don't stay in place. It looks to be cheaply made. I will have to go and glue them in place so they will stay spaced apart like they should be. If I could buy this again, I would not.--jstrack73.

I purchased 2 of these necklaces. They look nothing like they did in the picture. I can hardly open the clasp on one of them, and am unable to open the clasp on the other. The pearls on one are loose and slide all over.
I realize I didn't spend much money on these items, but I believe it said that they were originally $99.00.
I find that hard to believe.--Moe.

The necklace looks nothing like the pics...it showed up in a cheap plastic bag and looks like something that would be in a children''s goody bag. I bought another pearl piece from them at the same time and it looks the same! I am never buying again from SuperJewelers.--sudeep.

Looks like a cheap piece of jewelry. I only paid about $7 for it and I paid way too much. To get the hanging effect the clasp needs to be in the front of the necklace.--shades.

The original price of this necklace is wildly inflated and even paying $8 for this is too much! The shipping arrived quickly although I was annoyed that the seller required a signature for an $8 item. My first impression of the necklace was that it looked cheap, with mismatched and badly pitted pearls. At this price point, I definitely was not expecting perfection but I was hoping for something better than costume jewelry, given the original price listed. But it was not to be. The chain is very flimsy and a few pearls fell off right away. I am really disappointed and in retrospect wouldn''t even pay a dollar for it at the Dollar Store! Save your money on this item...believe me, you will thank me for it.--Dissatisfied.
