I initially made a stupid mistake when I placed the original order and had to return the earrings for an exchange. The merchandise good, good deals, however the customer service is very poor. USPS tried to deliver for three days, no one to receive it.

The earrings are beautiful the backs are a little hard to maneuver since they are screw backs, which make them more secure. Overall you would never know they were not actual diamonds.--lorettat42.
