The look, value, workmanship of the ring I bought is top notch. However, since I live internationally, shipping left something to be desired. There was a bit of a hassle to get it shipped in the first place, calling SuperJeweler, then emailing a copy of my US ID and credit card and employment contract abroad (although I do appreciate the safety, and checking of ID, to ensure no false charges on my card). Then, when it did get shipped (quickly by the way), they didn't put my complete address on it, or my phone number (international) so that when delivery was attempted it was "Wrong Address" and I had to call FedEx to correct my address and arrange delivery. I'm just thankful for the tracking number they sent, or I wouldn't have known that the address was wrong and that I should call FedEx myself.--Aaron.
