This ruby bracelet arrived in a very nice box and the bracelet itself is very elegant looking. And at this price, I can't be any happier for this purchase. I bought this to match the jewelry ruby set my husband gave me. The only complaint I have is that the clasp is so small and the ring and claw is tight that you really need to push it in hard. With that said, you cannot put this on your wrist without an extra hand or a bracelet holder/helper .
Dealing with customer service is not too bad. I initially has to return it because at first it stated that it has 21 diamonds and 22 ruby stones. When I called I was assured it should have 21 diamonds. I only found 4 macroscopic diamonds. They called me then and told me that it indeed only came with 4 diamonds and I had a choice if I still want it or I want a refund instead. Of course, I wanted it back! And they apologized with a coupon discount for next purchase. They did correct the diamond info on the item online but not the stones info. Just FYI. Also, I used the live chat to ask if it comes with the appraisal card and I was assured yes but it didn't come with a card. When I called, I was assured again that it will be sent separately but so far, after 3 weeks, none arrived yet. --ARubyFan.

I ordered this for my daughter's birthday. It is her birthstone. One of the stones fell out within the first day. I returned the item, and they reshipped a new one which I received promptly. I have just given the replacement to my daughter, she loves the bracelet, and wore it right away. Hope the stones hold!--Donnah.

My wife loved the bracelet i purchased from you. I did have to take it directly to a jeweler for repair as one of the rubys had come out of its setting in shipping.--anniversary.
