First, let me preface this by saying I purchased this pink sapphire and diamond ring for my 11 year old daughter. She loves jewelry and we kept buying her these cheap rings where the plating would wear off in a week. So, I was not looking for anything expensive, but was looking for a pretty ring that would be more durable. If you are expecting some large diamonds, this ring won't have it. Obviously, for the cheap price, the diamonds might as well be non-existent. However, it does sparkle and shine beautifully. My daughter absolutely loves it and she said it makes her feel very grown up. She wears it every day and it has been very durable. So, I would highly recommend this ring. Just remember, there is a reason this ring is inexpensive. The diamonds are extremely small and the pink sapphire is also quite small. For an adult, it probably wouldn't work so well. However, for my 11 year old (going on 20) daughter, it is absolutely perfect.--MKinz "Mindi".
