I loved what I got but it wasn't what I ordered unfortunately. No-one ever notified me that the dbl strand was not available as it stated it was when I ordered it so I was pretty disappointed to only get one strand. When I called customer service about it they told me that they had made that decision to ship me the single strand but that if I wanted the dbl, I'd have to ship this back and wait or re-order the dbl on top of this single. It's pretty and I'm inpatient so I decided to keep it but I wish I had the impact of the dbl. :( They shouldn't say it's available if it really isn't. Call first!! --JOHNATHAN T. DAY .
