After your item has been packaged, your order will be delivered free via one of these carriers, depending on order value and destination: |

• UPS Priority Overnight, arriving one business day after shipping from Superjeweler.com
 Free Shipping (call for Saturday delivery).
• UPS 2Day®, arriving two business days after shipping from SuperJeweler.com.
• UPS Ground®, arriving one to six business days after shipping from SuperJeweler.com.
• USPS Priority Mail®, for Alaska, Hawaii, FPO or APO shipping addresses only. Will arrive
three business days after shipping from Superjeweler.com.

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of confirmation of payment, Superjeweler.com ships five days per week, Monday – Friday. Orders received after 2pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
All orders under $1000 are shipped free via UPS Ground. Orders $1000-$2999 are shipped via UPS 2Day. Orders $3000 and above are shipped via UPS overnight. At any point shipping can be upgraded for a small additional charge.

Signature requirements for delivery
Please note that we only honor FedEx signature waivers for shipments under $250. If your delivery is over $250 we require a signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have from FedEx. If your delivery is under $250 we still require a signature unless you have a waiver on file with FedEx. These requirements are for your protection.
International Addresses
SuperJeweler.com offers discounted Federal Express International Priority shipping service to all locations outside the United States for only $35. You will be emailed a tracking number and be able to see the status of you shipment from the moment that it leaves our office to the moment it arrives to you.
Superjeweler.com ships all shipments as Gift, saving you money on duty and taxes.
Because diamond rings and other jewelry is often given for engagement or another special occasion, we will be extremely flexible to help you create a wonderful surprise. We can expedite your delivery for a fast-approaching special occasion, or we can ship your order to an address other than your home to help you maintain your surprise.
