It is very hard to deal with people overseas especially when buying precious diamonds, i recently bought a pair of earings that were 1ct J SI, when i received them they were brown and milky they were awful so to actually receive white sparkly diamonds and not to be tricked is lovely. Hi - I don't have a questions this morning - I just want the supervisor on duty to know of the excellent service I just rec'd when speaking to Frank.
There was a slight mix-up on 2 orders I placed last Friday. One had already been shipped, but the second order hadn't gone through.
Frank made sure the order got placed and even offered to check on a shipping cost question I had on the previous order.
I want you to know how pleased I am with her service and her pleasant attitude this early on a Monday. I am impressed with her service and want her to get some positive feedback for that service. Is there a way for this email to go in her personnel file so Frank can be sure to get the recognition she deserves? Also, do you have a way to let the other employees know of her good work?
