SuperJeweler Presents FREE Shipping to Almost Every Country
Shopping online is fun and convenient, but it can be frustrating with extra shipping charges. This is even truer if you live outside of the United States, and that's if the company even ships outside of the US. Sometimes you're just out of luck! But, thankfully, this is not true with SuperJeweler.com. Believe it or not, SuperJeweler offers free shipping to almost every country in the world. That's right, no matter where you live, your shipping charges will be zero, zilch, nada! It truly is a small world after all.
So what's the catch? There is no catch, because it really is absolutely, totally free. Visit the chart on our shipping page and see the breakdown of how the process works. The free shipping methods vary according to the price of your order, and this determines how fast you get your items. For example, in the United States, an order between $1-$98.99 is shipped via DHL Smart Mail and usually takes between 3-7 business days to reach you. An order between $99-$479 is shipped by USPS Priority Mail and usually arrives within 2-3 business days after shipment. When you place an order between $479.01-$779, it is shipped by USPS Express Mail, and it arrives within 1-2 business days after shipment. Any orders over $779.01 are delivered the next day after shipment by FedEx. All of these options in the US include tracking for your convenience. And, you can always expedite your shipment with a few different options at an extra charge.
International customers have two different options when it comes to free shipping. On orders between $1-$98.99, orders are shipped via free DHL Global Mail. This usually takes between 7-15 days after shipment for delivery, depending on your location, and it does not include tracking. If you would like express delivery with tracking for orders under $99, this option will be an additional $19.99. For orders $99 and up, your item is shipped free with a carrier depending on location. This tier comes with tracking and is usually delivered within 3-8 business days after shipment. Please keep in mind that international orders may face duties and taxes in your own country, and you are responsible for those extra fees.
When you order your item, you will see an estimated ship date next to the "buy" button. This very convenient feature helps you to determine when you can expect your order to be shipped. From there you can calculate when it will be delivered, according to your specific location. We also recommend that you purchase insurance on your order, just in case it is damaged or lost in transit. These options start at $4.99 and are a small price to pay for your peace of mind.
We've made shopping for jewelry easy, no matter where you are in the world. It's as simple as placing your order and looking for your package in the mail. No extra charges, no extra worries, no matter where you live. SuperJeweler is super for shopping, all over the world.

Fats Waller said it best
So you have to be asking, who is Fats Waller, well,
Thomas Wright "Fats" Waller was a Jazz Pianist in the early 1900's, but he was much more that a pianist. Add Songwriter, composer, singer and comedic
entertainer to his list of accomplishments. I was first introduced to his collection of works in 1980, I had the pleasure of seeing the touring company of Ain't Misbehavin in Chicago.
I am getting there,
So what did he say, One of my favorite Fats Waller songs is Find out what they like, there is a line in the song , "find out what they like and how they like it, and let them have it just this way."
That line has been my customer service mantra ever since, regardless of the side of the counter I was on, buyer or seller.
So what does this have to do with Superjeweler, that is easy,
Some people talk customer service, we deliver it,
Last weekend, I went to a Mexican inspired restaurant, the owner had an Italian inspired restaurant directly next store, on a common wall, they may even share kitchen space. So when we were done with our dinner, the waiter asked what we would like for dessert, I asked for tiramisu,
knowing that they had it next store. Of course he responded with, we do not have it.
That is not; find out what they like and how they like it.
The best example; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=38maVb_30ng, remember, it is a movie; I do not promote the irrational behavior of Jack Nicholson when he flips the table, but I understand the frustration.
This is a classic example of not satisfying a customer.
You might ask; will SuperJeweler do whatever the customer asks? Of course not, a couple weeks ago a customer asked us to sell him a 1ct diamond, D flawless for $1000. There is a limit. We do believe the customer is always right and we do everything we can, within reason, to make it right.
I hope all your experiences with SuperJeweler are met with the best customer service, the service you expect and deserve. If we fail to deliver, do not hesitate to contact me at http://www.superjeweler.com/ContactUs/
Andrew W. and the Fox Family are just back from a fantastic Carnival cruise.
We had a blast!
Of course, like everyone, we did a ton of shopping when off the boat in our
ports of call. I could not believe how many jewelry stores there are in
Nassau, Bahamas. We saw so many, but not names you would recognize. No Zales
or Kay or mall jewelers like that. No Tiffany or luxury retailers whose name
you would know.
There seems to be a group of cruise port retail jewelers. I saw Diamonds
International, Effy, and Little Switzerland, to name a few. These
retailers touted big discounts on famous branded jewelry. They also had
loads of diamond jewelry, gemstone jewelry with sapphires, emeralds, rubies
and more. The array of fine jewelry items they had was simply amazing.
I checked a bunch of prices, and as a jewelry expert, I'm supposed to know
how to spot a deal. I can report that as well as a great selection, the
prices are fair. Not extremely low, but definitely reasonable. Many of the
brands the better stores offer cannot be discounted much, without losing
I also looked at the jewelry on the cruise ship, more than partly because
the Cruise Director Josh constantly pounded us with announcements about the
amazing sales that were running for a limited time only. At one point I
considered choking Josh a bit, strictly out of principle of course, but
discretion won out. When I visited the store, I was helped by the nicest
Indian guy at the cruise ship store. The staff members on the cruise ship
were incredibly nice, and from all over the world. Every persons home
country was on their name tag, and we happily met people from India,
Indonesia, Portugal, Thailand, Bulgaria, Serbia, Romania, and some more that
I am sure I have forgotten.
But back to the store, which was a cross between Sears fashion jewelry and a
Zales mall jewelry store, and at the same price. I was not impressed with
the prices on the ship. The liquor, on the other hand, was super duper
Time to circle back to the question that I am addressing with this post.
Are vacation jewelry prices lower than back home, or online at a site like
SuperJeweler.com? The truth is that it depends upon what you are looking
If you are looking for a Chopard watch, designer fine jewelry, or something
very unusual, the stores in the islands can't be beat, either for selection
or price. If you are looking for a mainstream diamond jewelry item such as
diamond stud earrings, a diamond tennis bracelet, a diamond solitaire ring,
or a non-designer sapphire ring, or something along these lines, you can buy
at a much better price right from your home, or possible at a local jewelry
So why do savvy jewelry consumers buy at stores when they are on vacation?
It's simple! We are all relaxed on vacation, more prone to buy, and less
likely to price shop.
But wherever you buy, whether at SuperJeweler, or in the islands, or in your
hometown, I personally wish you the best of health and happiness while
enjoying you jewelry!

Now that His Royal Highness Prince George of Cambridge has finally arrived, sating our curiosity regarding the royal name and gender, we can move on to wondering what sort of push present one receives for bearing royalty.
A push present--also referred to as push gift or baby bauble--is a gift presented by the child's father to the mother to commemorate the birth of a child. No one is quite sure where or when this tradition began, but the term first appeared in print back in 1991. Supposedly, the tradition has older roots in England and has been gaining popularity in the US in the last several years, due in part to extravagant celebrity push gifts.
Reportedly, Kanye West presented the mother of his child, Kim Kardashian, with a black and yellow diamond, tiger striped ring similar to the one pictured here and costing around $770,000.
Shortly after the birth of her daughter, Blue Ivy, Beyoncé began sporting this beautiful blue tanzanite stunner. It's presumed to be her push gift from husband, Jay-Z, and estimated to be worth $500,000.
When style maven Rachel Zoe gave birth to her son, Skyler she received an unbelievable 10 carat diamond ring. This ring was designed by Neil Lane and is said to have cost her husband, Rodger Berman, $250,000.
While these gifts are indeed amazing, it isn't necessary to spend the diaper budget and the college fund on an exquisite piece of jewelry. Here are some SuperJeweler.com alternatives to these over the top gifts.
Well, gals it's official. We now know exactly how long it takes a man to lose interest in shopping--26 minutes. This means, ladies, that you have less than 1/2 an hour before your boyfriend/husband/friend will commence the watch-checking-toe-tapping-heaving-sigh marathon. All done with an expression of extreme martyrdom (and amnesia regarding that weekend you spent camping...outside).
According to a recent UK study one in four men also report becoming so bored while shopping with his partner that he's abandoned her and gone home alone. Presumably, those gentlemen spent that alone time making up the couch with pillow and blanket.
You may be tempted to assume that the cause of this boredom is severe late-onset ADHD. Not so, say researchers at the University of Michigan in an unrelated 2009 study. According to the UM researchers it's all about evolution. Sociologically, women are foragers while men are hunters. In other words, women enjoy the act of sifting through racks in search of anything that can be used now or in the future (or possibly only if they lose 10lbs). Men would much prefer to stealthily lock in on their target--take down the beast--and go get a pretzel.
It may seem that such deep rooted anthropological discrepancies could never be overcome--but luckily that's where SuperJeweler comes in! You can spend hours shopping for amazing deals and perfect gems while your fella is tucked, grunting distance away in his man-cave.
So, keep in mind that if you can't find one of these in your neighborhood, you've always got SuperJeweler!
As you know, I have been in the jewelry business for more than 55 years (yes, from birth). I have seen a lot of jewelry, from $5 items to 10 carat diamonds that sell for millions. I have seen natural red diamonds, a hairclip with 4 carats of diamonds and many other unique and special items. My point is, you have to go far and above the norm to really get me charged for an item.
This past month when I was traveling abroad scouting out new and unique jewelry for SuperJeweler, I found a collection that has just blown me away. Andrew, Stephanie and I met an artist that had created an amazing set of animal bracelets. At 8" they can be worn by either men or women. They have to be seen to be appreciated!
Check out this alligator:
These are heavy and the construction is impeccable. We estimate these would sell for upwards of $500 in a specialty boutique, but you'll never pay that much at SuperJeweler!
Here is a skeleton:
There are 11 styles in total and we bought every one he had.
Contact Julie at our Customer Service department, http://www.superjeweler.com/ContactUs/, and she will get you on the call list, we will call you when they arrive so you can be one of the first to buy yours!
It is summer time here at SuperJeweler, and that means tons of new items are coming in every day. Imagine coming home from a stay in the hospital to find your husband had sold your $23,000 engagement ring at a community yard sale for $10. That's exactly what happened to this woman.
Racquel Cloutier hid her engagement ring in an empty watch box in her husband's closet for safekeeping from her twin toddlers before going to the hospital to give birth to the couple's fifth child. While she was away, her husband (who, oddly, was not with her) accidentally sold the ring inside what he believed was an empty watch box for only ten dollars.
This man to the left (with the hang-dog look), is Eric Cloutier--the well-meaning culprit. According to the Daily News, he only intended to clear out the clutter before his wife came home (again, this could all have been avoided had he been at the hospital), and he thought his other children would enjoy selling items at the local community garage sale. Based on this photograph of his son at the now infamous garage sale, I'm going to wager he was wrong.
Undoubtedly adding to those sad expressions is the fact that this stunning ring was reportedly uninsured.
Events unfolded on June 5, the day after Racquel returned home from the hospital. She went to her husband's closet to retrieve the ring and realized the box was missing. Upon questioning her husband in regard to the box's whereabouts, she was informed that it had been sold.
"I said, "You sold it? What do you mean you sold it?" I immediately started crying," she added.
Considering the sentimental value of the ring, the monetary value, and postpartum hormones this story could have ended badly. Orange jumpsuit, 20/20 interview, episode of Snapped badly. Luckily, the better side of human nature prevailed. Enter Alyssa Lossau who had been given the box by her mother (the original buyer). She saw the story of the lost ring and the hapless husband on the local news and wasted no time in contacting the Cloutiers to arrange to return the ring. Thanks to her honesty, this story has a happy ending.
Every woman I know wants her husband to take more initiative around the house. The moral of this story? Be careful what you wish for. Oh, and if you like her ring--check out the set we carry at just a fraction of the $23,000 price tag.
I just returned from twelve amazing days in the South of France. I had always heard that Monaco was the playground of the rich and famous.
If there was ever any doubt, it's now confirmed--I do not belong on the playground of Monaco.
In Provence, everywhere I looked were beautiful expanses of grapevines and fields of scarlet poppies.
At a museum in Cannes, my wife and I laughed as we watched lavender flowers being painted with lavender colored paint. Seriously.
Check out the town of Gordes. Destroyed during WWII, the town was in ruins in the 1950's. Now it's thriving and considered one of the most beautiful villages in France.
Of course, no trip would be complete without a visit to the local jeweler. This necklace was listed at $3200. The buying department at SuperJeweler will be scouring the world for amazing bargains again next week, and my guess is we'll find it for a fraction of that price.
Wow! SuperJeweler was a Top Seller on Amazon again in 2012!
