| Bought the 1/2 carat earrings in white gold, they are very nice.
Becasue it was the Christmas season, shipping was crazy but SuperJeweler offered to return my 35 dollar shipping fee for Canada because my parcel did not arrive when it was supposed to. Very nice of them.
I would not hesitate to order from them again.
Pre-ordering, I made a few phone calls to the customer service line with such friendly and helpful responses from the woman who answered.

| I bought this earrings for my wife on her birthday. They are really beautiful and she loved them. However there is one thing that she does not care for, at all, it is the posts on the earrings. These are the posts that they have, since they use the screw type post it is very painful to place them and take them out. It is the ridges of the screw that scrape the inside of the ear lobe. Because she really loves the earrings she is attempting to enlarge the hole.

| Ordered this item based on the positive reviews, unfortunately my experient is more inline with the couple of negative reviews. I expected a pair of earring which is small but with lots of sparkles, well it is small but my pair doesn't have the sparkle and the workmanship that I expected from the raving reviews, it looks a bit cloudy and rough especially looking from sides. Although that's probably shouldn't be a surprise for its price point, I'm still slightly disappointed. I mostly likely will send this back.
And by the way, I was also a bit surprised that for me it was shipped via USPS and delivered in my mailbox, no delivery signature. |

| I purchased the earings online late one evening and it went rather smoothely. The unexpected 6:30am pst call spoiled the Valentine's day surprise. The earrings arrived quickly, but came without the gift card and, although in the free gift box, were not set in the holders (which had to be fixed prior to use). I am also worried that the push-on & screw-off backings may be too long and difficult to use (lacks comfort and ease of use). I doubt I will make a purchase from SuperJeweler again. |

| Impossible if these diamonds are what they say their rated. The Gold was bent when i received them, The diamonds were not white, I was embarrassed to give them to my fiance. On top of it all, the same day i purchased them, the price dropped 20 dollars and they wouldn't refund me the difference. Absolute horrible service, I should of believed the reviews i read about superjewler.com on the internet. Save your money and buy from somewhere else. |
