After your item has been expertly wrapped and packaged, your order will be Delivered Free by ground shipping, unless you choose an expedited shipping method.
Free Shipping Methods
• Orders below $1000 ship either by UPS Ground or USPS.
• Orders over $1000 ship either by UPS 2nd Day or UPS 3rd Day
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of confirmation of payment and many the same day of order, Superjeweler.com ships five days per week, Monday through Friday. Orders received after 2pm on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.

Signature requirements for delivery Please note that we only honor UPS signature waivers for shipments under $250. If your delivery is over $250, we require a signature for delivery regardless of any waivers you have from UPS. If your delivery is under $250 we do not require a signature if you have a waiver on file with UPS. These requirements are for your protection.
Canadian Addresses
SuperJeweler.com is a pleased to offer both Federal Express Priority shipping for $35 and OUR NEW UPS Ground shipping for ONLY $19.50. Both are trackable.
You will be emailed a tracking number and be able to see the status of you shipment from the moment that it leaves our office to the moment it arrives to you.

International Addresses
SuperJeweler.com offers discounted Federal Express International Priority shipping service to all locations outside the United States for only $35. You will be emailed a tracking number and be able to see the status of you shipment from the moment that it leaves our office to the moment it arrives to you.

SuperJeweler.com strongly suggests that you take our low cost Insurance Option for only $4.95. For this small amount, your jewelry order is covered for loss or damage during the shipping process. Flexibility Because diamond rings and other jewelry is often given for engagement or another special occasion, we will be extremely flexible to help you create a wonderful surprise. We can expedite your delivery for a fast-approaching special occasion, or we can ship your order to an address other than your home to help you maintain your surprise.
