Some pieces, especially rings, however, require additional time for the production department to alter them to your specifications. You should allow three days for processing time just to be safe. Once your item is finished, we ship it out, and the shipping time varies depending on the shipping method you select.

Yes. All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority Mail. We estimate 5 to 7 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take up to 21 days.

• City field: Enter "APO,"FPO," or "DPO."

• State field: Enter the two-letter code for the region where the recipient is stationed. Typically, but not always, the code is "AE" for recipients stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East; "AA" for recipients stationed in the Americas; and "AP" for recipients stationed in Asia or the Pacific.

• Country field: Always select "USA" from the drop-down menu regardless of where the recipient is stationed.

If you decide on a new item before you return your package for an exchange, simply write on a copy of the packing slip (the piece of paper that came in your package) which new item you would like and provide a contact number where we can reach you. For security purposes we do not keep your credit card number on file, so we cannot simply charge the difference to your account.
