Question 1:
If I place an order today, how fast will it get to me?

We have over 27,000 pieces of jewelry in stock, so most items are ready to ship out on the next business day. Some pieces, especially rings, however, take longer because the Production Department needs to alter them to your specifications. We tell all of our customers to allow three days for processing time just to be safe. Once your item is finished, we ship it out, and the shipping time varies depending on the shipping method you select.

Question 3:
Do you offer shipping insurance? How much is it and is it worth it?
Yes, we offer shipping insurance for only $4.95 on all orders, and we highly recommend it. Once your package leaves our warehouse, it is the responsibility of UPS or the USPS. If anything should happen to your package, the shipping insurance helps guarantee that UPS or the USPS refunds your money.
Question 4:
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
No, unfortunately we do not.
Question 5:
Do you ship to Canada and other countries?
Yes. See Question 2 above for shipping costs.
Question 6:
 Do you ship to APOs?

Yes. All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority Mail. We estimate 5 to 7 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take up to 21 days.

To enter a military address on our order form, use the following steps:

  • City field: Enter "APO,"FPO," or "DPO."

  • State field: Enter the two-letter code for the region where the recipient is stationed. Typically, but not always, the code is "AE" for recipients stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East; "AA" for recipients stationed in the Americas; and "AP" for recipients stationed in Asia or the Pacific.
  • Country field: Always select "USA" from the drop-down menu regardless of where the recipient is stationed.
Question 7:
How do I get a tracking number for my order?

A tracking number should be e-mailed to you as soon as your item leaves the warehouse. If you do not receive an e-mail, please call Customer Service at 1-877-888-0175 and we will give you your tracking number.

Tracking numbers starting with a “1Z” are UPS tracking number and you can go to http://www.ups.com/WebTracking/track?loc=en_US&WT.svl=PNRO_L1 to track your package. Tracking numbers starting with a “9” are USPS tracking numbers and you can go to http://www.usps.com/ to track your package.
Question 8:
 What is your return policy?
We have a 60 day money-back guarantee. You have 60 days from the date of shipment of your purchase to return your item for any reason and receive a full refund.
You do not have to have any reason to return an item to SuperJeweler.com. As our goal is your 100% satisfaction, you may return your purchase for any reason, or no reason at all.
Items returned to SuperJeweler.com must be returned in new, unworn condition, and must include any boxes or free gifts that accompanied the original shipment.
Upgraded shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
Question 9:
If I return my order for a refund, how long will it take to show back up in my account?

Once we receive your package at our main office, it takes approximately 5-7 business days depending on your bank or credit card company.

When you return a package, it gets sent to our Fulfillment Center and they sign for your package. Packages from our Fulfillment Center get delivered to our main office every Tuesday and Friday.
Question 10:
What if I want to make a return after the 60 day money-back guarantee period?

After 60 days, you may return your item for store credit.

Question 11:
I received my order and something is wrong with it. How do I return it for a
 repair/refund/an exchange?

We’re very sorry that your order isn’t perfect, and we will do everything we can to fix it. If you would like to return an item for a repair/refund/an exchange, simply follow these steps:

1)
Write on a copy of your packing slip (the piece of paper that came inside your package) a brief explanation of why you are returning the item to us. Please be sure to include whether you would like a refund, an exchange, or a repair. If an item is the wrong style or size, please include the style or size that you would like.
2) Put everything that was in the original package (item, appraisal card, copy of your packing slip) back into the original packaging or into a new package.
3)

Send it to this address:
SJ*
7 West 45th Street
10th Floor
New York, NY 10036

*Instead of writing Superjeweler.com on your package, please write “SJ.” The word “jewel” may receive unwanted attention, and we want your package to arrive as safely as possible.

Question 12:
I would like to exchange my item, but the new item I want costs more. What do I do?

If you decide on a new item before you return your package for an exchange, simply write on a copy of the packing slip (the piece of paper that came in your package) which new item you would like and that you authorize us to charge the difference to your account. If you have already sent the package back, you can call Customer Service at 1-877-888-0175, and we will be happy to help you.

Question 13:
How long do repairs normally take?
Our Production and Shipping Departments work very hard to get repairs turned around as soon as possible. Once we receive your package at our main office, your item will go through a 48 hour quality control inspection period. Then, depending on the type of repair, it may take an additional 5-12 business days, but usually it takes less than that. Recent purchases get first priority.
When you return a package, it gets sent to our Fulfillment Center and they sign for your package. Packages from our Fulfillment Center get delivered to our main office every Tuesday and Friday.
Question 14:
 Are these diamonds real?
Yes. All of our diamonds are natural unless otherwise stated.
Question 15:
Some of the colored diamonds say that they have been treated. What does that  mean?
Naturally occurring colored diamonds are very rare and very expensive. Treated diamonds allow you to have a beautifully colored stone at an affordable price. A diamond’s color or clarity can be enhanced using certain techniques (such as heating), but these treatments can only be detected by experts with sophisticated technology. Really the only difference between a treated colored diamond and a natural one is the price.
